OHI Policies Causing Duplicate Outbound Documents Generated in Documaker (Doc ID 3033261.1)

OHI Product: Oracle Insurance Policy Administration Cloud Service
OHI Component: Oracle Insurance Gateway (OIG)
OHI Version: 3.22.2.0.14



DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE
=====================
Duplicate transfer certificates are being generated downstream in Documaker
Business events in OHI Policies result causes downstream exchange in OIG to be triggered. OIG process creates the xml and sends to Documaker for letter generation.
It seems one xml is resulting in multiple letters in Documaker.

The expected result is 1 letter per xml to be generated.
