Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When creating a BP record by importing an Excel template that has a BP picker value, the import completes successfully but the BP Picker field is blank.
When clicking on the BP picker field of the imported record, it tries to open the BP picker linked record but instead the following alert is displayed "You do not have permission to access this record".
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
It is expected that the BP picker field of the imported records be populated with the data from the imported Excel template.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier.
- Navigate to Business Process log.
- Click on Actions to download BP Excel template and populate data in it including the BP picker field referencing to another BP record.
- Click Actions to import the excel template and follow steps to import the template.
- Navigate to open the imported BP record and scroll to the BP picker field, the field shows as blank.
- Click on the blank field. Notice the application will attempt to open the referenced BP record but the alert noted above is displayed instead.
