On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub
Local Language Address Cleansing is throwing the error.
ERROR

The address you entered couldn't be verified and it might be incorrect. Enter more address details or submit another address for verification.
Application error occurred see the incident log for more information.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Customer Data Management
2. Go to Organizations and Open Organization >> Addresses
3. Open Any address >> under Local Language Address click on verify.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to Address verification for local language address.
