On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to create a position profile or job profile the page is not loading with any content.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Position profiles page should get loaded

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
# My Client Groups > Profiles > Position Profiles
# Click on Add Position Profile

Blank page gets loaded

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create positions
