Descrepancy In SIOCS Due To Conversion Of Sales Data To GMT During Sales Import (Doc ID 3033714.1)

Goal

There is a Discrepancy in SIOCS due to conversion of sales data to GMT during sales import

Our POS systems record sales in local time. However, in SIOCS the sales data is being converted to GMT, this is causing discrepancies in SIOCS.

The current system configuration for 'Enable GMT for POS sales Import Process' is set to 'NO'.
You need to understand if this config is applicable for API process as well. If Not, please provide the config details so that POS data is update with local time.

Clarification on setting:

1. Go to Admin option
2. Select 'System Administration
3. Select 'Enable GMT for POS sale import process'
4. The Value is set to 'NO'
