Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, System Administration



When attempting to access the Business Process Manager Worklist Administration Page the following error occurs:

 

Error occurred while fetching mappings. Verification Service cannot resolve user identity.. Workflow Context token cannot be null in request



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log in to the application
2. Go to BPM Worklist administration
