Symptoms

Problem:

 When attempting to modify the name of default Candidate Selection Process State, the following error is seen:

You can't use this name because a state with the same name already exists in another process.(IRC - 1590775)


Changes

 Steps:

1. Navigate to Functional Setup Manager
2. Candidate Selection Process Configuration
3. Edit an existing CSP
4. use the translation editor to rename a State in CSP
