Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Authoring

When attempting to submit contract for approval, the contract remains in pending approval status. Task is not getting assigned to any assignee. While reviewing the task from admin user, it is in Alerted status and the error exception is populated. Same error can be located at SOA task fault level.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit contract for approval.
2. Observe the task flow from admin / SOA logs for the task and observe the noted error.

Changes

 This issue occurs after knowingly or unknowingly make changes to any of the Task assignee directly without using the task editor.
