Incorrect Summary Count Next To Resource Bucket Name In List View

Symptoms
On: 24B Weekly Maintenance Pack 04 version, Dispatch Console
Incorrect summary count next to Resource Bucket name in List View.
Multiple activities in the resource bucket (Work to Be Scheduled). When Dispatch Console is set to List view (Non-Scheduled), the summary count on the left panel incorrectly shows “0” even when there are 8 activities in the bucket.
Note that this wrong count issue seems intermittent, and the count is NOT always zero.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Oracle Field Service Application.
2. Navigate to Dispatch Console > List view (Non Scheduled).
3. The summary count on the left panel incorrectly shows “0” even when there are 8 activities in the bucket.
