Do Not Attempt Restart Option for Batch not Working (Doc ID 3034374.1)

Goal

Do not attempt the restart option issue for Batch after Maintenance Pack to CCS 23C MP 6.6.1
 
You plugged in the Error Post processing Algorithm to enable "Do not attempt to restart" in the run tree whenever the batch goes to error but however when the batches end with an error, "Do not attempt restart" is not enabled automatically and the subsequent batch runs are going to error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
"Do not attempt restart" should enable automatically when you configure the Algorithm K1-DISBATRES -- Disable Batch Submission Restart. in the Batch control Algorithms tab.

STEPS
1. PUPL Base Batch Details: Batch Control -- PUPL
You have plugged in the Error Post processing Algorithm to enable "Do not attempt restart" in the run tree whenever the batch goes to error.

2. Batch Control -- Algorithms tab
System event(Error post-processing) - K1-DISBATRES -- Disable Batch Submission Restart.

3. Issue :
Whenever the batch is ending with an error, "Do not attempt restart" is not enabled automatically and the subsequent batch runs are going to error.

Batch Submission Job: PUPL
BRT page - Run Status Error
The run Control tab shows that "Do not attempt restart" is not enabled automatically.
