Problem Description

AP_BATCH_AGG_D_JOB failed in the nightly batch with ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT

OCI_ERROR - (54):
SQL Sid 'rpas_wkbk_conn' ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
ORA-06512: at "RPAS_DATA_MART_PDS.RP_WORKBOOK_COMMIT_PKG", line 2896

Upon restart, the job failed with ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
