Symptoms
When attempting to create Transfer shipment by having one container with consignment item and the other container having both inventoriable and non inventoriable items.
the following error occurs in RIB TAFR.

Caused by: javax.xml.bind.ValidationException:
SchemaValidationErrors [1] for ASNOutDesc [
cvc-complex-type.2.4.b: The content of element 'ASNOutCtn' is not complete.
STEPS
1. Shipping & Receiving>Create Transfer Shipment >Create.
2. Create one container with consignment item and the other container having both inventoriable and non inventoriable items.
3. Confirm and dispatch
4. The ASNOutCre message is processed successfully in the MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table.
5. Note in the ASNOutCre message data for one of the container the shipmentItems details is empty due to which it fails in RIB TAFR with the above error
