Symptoms
After moving a shared member from one parent in the hierarchy to another, the Refresh Database fails with error:
Cube refresh failed for Essbase Cube: <CUBE_NAME>, Message:
Member [MEMBER_NAME] has multiple copies of same shared member in at least one stored hierarchy. See other messages for which members and which hierarchies
In an aggregate storage outline, only one shared member [MEMBER_NAME] is allowed in a stored hierarchy
This stored hierarchy has multiple copies of the same shared member [HIERARCHY_MEMBER_PARENT_NAME]. Remove the extra member or change hierarchy to be Dynamic
