Symptoms

When candidate is trying to submit an application or complete their submission, the candidate receives a system error - ex. careersection@CLIENTZONE.taleo.net (YYYYMMDDHHMMSSMS)

NOTE: same error or issue can be observed or encountered when attempting to delete candidate records via an Automated Tasks and the same solution would apply.
