Symptoms
When logging into or while working in P6 Professional one of the following errors occur.
503 Service Unavailable
No service is available to handle this request.

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Log-on to P6 Pro.
- Work in P6 as normal.
- Receive error.
