Symptoms

Trying to install a Management Agent on VM with OS Canonical-Ubuntu-18.04 fails with following error,

CloudRegistrationStep : The registration attempt failed due to Method not supported on an outbound message.
Additional details are available in the configure logs at /opt/oracle/mgmt_agent/configure-logs
