GL Transaction Listing Report takes too Long to Complete How Can This be Improved (Doc ID 3035149.1)

 On Fusion 11.13.24.01.0 version, Custom Reports and Analytics
Find that Custom Report is taking too long to generate output. This happens consistently with a custom reports - GL Transaction Listing Report (GLxx3).

How can this be tuned for a faster performance of the report?

The "GL Transaction Listing Report (GL003)" is experiencing delays in generating output for a single financial year due to the extensive volume of data.
Furthermore, it is taking an unusually long time to run for a particular period.
The report includes multiple unions representing different journal sources, such as payables, receivables, and payroll.
The report was previously was not generated, however, after considering Oracle's best practices for custom reports, the report was getting generated in 1.30 hours.
We further fine tuned the report and now it takes 50 minutes to generate the output for an entire financial year.

The ultimate aim is for the output  to get generated in far less time than 50 minutes which is too long for a report to run.
