MFT Transfer Failure For Remote Site (Doc ID 3035367.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Configured MFT to send file out from Embedded SFTP server to SFTP remote server, but it fails with the following error.

Error Code MFT-5031
Error Level High
Category System Error
Error Instance Type Target

Caused by: java.io.IOException: A suitable key format could not be found!
at com.sshtools.publickey.SshPrivateKeyFileFactory.parse(SshPrivateKeyFileFactory.java:89)
at oracle.tip.adapter.ftp.SshImpl.SSHSessionImpl.getPrivateKeyFromCredentialStore(SSHSessionImpl.java:573)

Changes

1. Created a Private and public key pair using Puttygen in the system.
2. Created folder structure in MFT for source and archive location
3. Import public and private key in MFT key store in mft console.
4. Configure source, transfer and target on MFT console.
