Symptoms
Some of the icons, functions, or tasks in the Learning Specialists administrator landing page are showing as duplicates. Below is an example showing two Instructor icons.
There are also issues with icons are missing, for example the eLearning Items icon not showing on the page.
Changes
Configuration changes in the UI can cause icons to change.
