Dispute Email Notification Does Not Have Approve And Reject Buttons (Doc ID 3035406.1)

Symptoms

The user has received an email to approve a Credit Memo Request, but the email doesn't have the Approve or Reject buttons available in the email.

Steps to Reproduce:

: Collections Dashboard

  1. Submit a dispute for an invoice.
  2. In the approval process, the user get an email based on the approval path.  A specific user cannot see the 'Approve' or 'Reject' buttons in the email body.
