PRC:POZ: Cannot Query Vendors In Advance Search Screen

Symptoms
Cannot query vendors in Advance Search Screen.
User has access to Manage Suppliers UI, they tried to use Advanced Search screen. It seems that any vendors created after Sept, 2023 do not pull up in the query. They can query them via the magnifying glass. Notice that she is querying from the Manage Suppliers/Advanced search screen. Note the arrow pointing to the last vendor that user can query. i.e., vendors >ABC cannot be queried. However, the same vendor they can query them via the magnifying glass. And, other users can query in this screen.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Suppliers
2. Try advance search option
3. Enter Creation Date and supplier number
4. no results
5. Using Magnifying glass - able to search the same supplier
