NAM SaaS - All book transfer messages updated snapshot on hand for open stock counts
We are seeing issues with our stock counts where all book transfers (not late polled) posted after 7-Feb-2024 (patch 19.3.006.21 deployment) are updating snapshot_on_hand_qty in stake_sku_loc table for all open stock counts.
This has a significant impact on our stock counts and we cannot proceed with incorrect inventories.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create stock count with vdate
2. Post book transfers after snapshot with date > vdate + 1.
3. Notice that transaction updates the snapshot on hand qty
