On : 24.0.101.3 version, Integration

When attempting to process DcsItemStore message type in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table, the following error occurs and the message fails to process.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create items and range to locations in MFCS
2. SIOCS DCS process picks up and creates DcsItemStore messages in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE
3. Messages fail to process
