Migration to FAaaS/ OCI Gen 2 resulted in new IP addresses for Fusion POD that now need to be allowlisted in the external applications that were previously using the Gen1 IP addresses.

for clarity we believe additional internal IP addresses are needed to allow for the UCM download that is not working via SOAP call
please trace internal IP addresses to be added to LBAC along with a refined 10.x.x.x range to minimize exposure to wide band of Ip addresses
