ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicate Email Notification when HR responds and submitting a SR

When submitting an SR via email, three notifications are being received by the employee, the wording is correct but the correct template is not coming from the correct sender. The right template should come from abc
Also employees are getting two email notification whenever HR response to their ticket.
One is from xyz which needs to be removed and the other is from abc which includes the correct email template.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer is expecting only one email notification ack and from the correct sender/correct template
