ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SIOCS PRD - stores missing transfer_zone
Users are reporting that Stores are currently able to perform transfers between locations that should not be able to.
The data in MFCS is setup properly and ALL stores have a transfer zone and transfer entity defined since its go Live.
For some reason in SIOCS, in the database the majority of the stores DO NOT have any transfer_zone information defined. It is set to NULL.
If it is null, then SIOCS will allow that store to transfer to any store (which is correct, as per design).
This is not an issue with data seeding but rather at the integration layer as each time a store is updated in MFCS the transfer_zone is set to null in SIOCS.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transfer zone should be populated with the same data as is present in MFCS
BUSINESS IMPACT
