Goal

How do changes to Events and Report Types in Cases affect an Initial and Follow-up NDA Report.

Example:
Case created with Report Type as 'Other'.
Report Generated/Submitted.
The NDA Report shows Report Type as 'Other'.
The Report Type is changed from 'Other' to 'Post Marketing Surv.'
The NDA Report still shows Report Type as 'Other'.
