What If Baseline Custom Menu Fails with "Timeout after waiting 20 seconds while reading from Tcp/Ip stream for socket" (Doc ID 3035952.1)

Goal

In the What If Parameters view of Forecast Review workspace, after changing forecast start date and forecast length for a style-colour/store, pressing calculate, and then clicking on custom menu "What If Baseline", following error message is returned:

WhatifForecastExpr: MicroService returned error. Error Message: Warning: call to MicroService failed with Exception: Timeout after waiting 20 seconds while reading from Tcp/Ip stream for socket descriptor 29. Response: {}
