Symptoms

The Generate HCM Rates process is failing for all employees when run with the below parameters:
Parameters used:
Process Configuration Group: XXXXX
Process Start Date: 11/01/2022
Process Mode: ORA_FULL
Process End Date: 05/10/2024

Error: A system error ORA-01722: invalid number occurred in table ReportBlockCache at location 2. Contact your help desk.
