Fusion Global HR: Team Journeys And Organization Journeys Tabs Not Enabled

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Team Journeys and Organization Journey tabs are not visible as per Oracle documentation, the following was executed:
- ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with indexes 'fa-hcm-workerjourney' and 'fa-hcm-workerjourneytask'
- Required duty roles/privileges were assigned to the Line Manager and HR specialist job roles (see: https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/ghr/releases/24B/24B-hr-wn.htm#F28543)
In spite of the above, unable to see the 'Team Journeys' and 'Organization Journeys' tabs. Instead, only the 'Assigned Journeys' tab is visible with the seeded Line Manager/HR Specialist roles.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After following the documentation, it is expected to have 'Team Journeys' and 'Organization Journeys' visible
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HCM
2. Navigate to My Tasks
3. The above-mentioned tabs are not visible

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot benefit from the improved when using Oracle search in Journeys
