ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to search Ship-to details using Party number field when creating subscriptions.
Users are getting the below error when searching for Ship-to details using party number field while creating a subscription.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
Navigate to subscription management and create a subscription.
=> On create page search on Ship-to Party field by Party number -> value is not returned. when searching by other criteria the results are returned.
ERROR
-----------------------
For input string: "BTNY000152"
At least one of the following attributes Party Number, Ship-to Party is required.
