Q1. We can still select OCPU in the OCI console, but according to the cost estimater tool, we can only estimate ECPU.
Does this mean that OCPU will be phased out in the near future?

Q2. In the case of ADB, I understand that 1 OCPU = equivalent to 4 ECPU, but in the case of MHS, how many ECPUs is equivalent to 1 OCPU?

Q3. In the case of OCPUs, I understand that 2 and 3 are made by Intel, and E3 and E4 are made by AMD, but who is the manufacturer of MHS's ECPU? Intel or AMD?
