Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
The User-Defined Report (UDR), which is scheduled to run at 11:59 PM every month, is running instead at 7:59 PM.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the UDR to run at 11:59 PM every month.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the scheduled UDR.
2. Observe it is running at 7:59 PM once a month.
3. Observe it is scheduled to run once a month.
