Symptoms
An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.4 mapping that uses the out-of-box "IKM Oracle Partition Exchange Load" Knowledge Module (KM), fails to execute with the following error:
The issue occurs if the table / column length are larger than 30 characters.
To reproduce:
- Create a mapping that uses the IKM Oracle Partition Exchange Load.
- Set Oracle Technology from default value (30) to Maximum Table Length and Column Length both to "128".
- Run the mapping.
