Data Flow/Dataset Failure After May2024 Release Applied (Doc ID 3037247.1)

Symptoms


After May2024 OAC release, a dataset (produced by a data flow) now is corrupt/broken.
Rerunning the data flow does not fix it, and the data flow itself is now failing intermittently
 with Error "no permissions" if you try to click on it as an admin.

 May2024 OAC patch was applied
