Encountering Error "PJC_EXP_TYP_SLF_COMBO_INACTIVE - The expenditure type class is no active

During loading of project costs, we are encountering the PJC_EXP_TYP_SLF_COMBO_INACTIVE - The expenditure type class for the specified expenditure type isn't active as of the expenditure item date. PJC-2220142 The Expenditure Type Class is active, so it is not clear why this error is occurring.
