On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Help Desk

Next Gen HRHD: Disable Show Agent Availability profile option is not working

After 23D update, the agent availability button is available at the ticket page

Customer would like to disable the Agent availability, i.e. do not allow agent to have the option to make themselves unavailable.

Profile option, SVC_HD_SHOW_AVAILABILITY is set to 'N', but the Availability button is still visible.
