Symptoms
In Retail Home application, from Settings > Manage Notifications tab, when some of the applications are selected the Notifications screen is blank and displays the error below. However, when the Retail Home application is selected, the Notifications display on the screen and the Edit action is enabled.
This means that emails cannot be added to existing notifications or new notifications added. Why are some applications not able to be edited?
