Quota Status Not Mass Populating (Doc ID 3037688.1)

On : 24.B.12 version, Quota

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user tries to use the "Mass populate" feature on the Quota screen and changes the 'Status' field in the Quota section (e.g. from "Closed" to "Open"), the 'Mass Populated' values are not saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mass population of Status (or any other field) should be possible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open quota for the desired day
2. Select 'Month' in the date picker and the desired start date
3. Select 'Mass Populate'
4. Change the Field to 'Status', the Operation to 'copy day-to-day', and select the source date (same as selected on step 1). Make sure the status on the source date is different from the target dates so that you can observe the reported behavior.
5. Click on Apply
6. Back on the Quota screen, click on Save
7. See the changes are not made and the original value (Status in this case) is preserved
8. This can also be reproduced at the Time Slot and Capacity Category levels

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot mass open the quotas for the day, Time Slot or Capacity Category levels and need to manually open, generating a big amount of manual work for the operations.
