Symptoms

When we try to invoke the REST service to run a batch task, it returns the error below.

ERROR

Previous execution request is pending for a Process: <PROCESS_NAME> New requests are not allowed until pending one is complete

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the REST service to call the job.
2. See that the request fails with the error given.

WORKAROUND

-----------------------

It should be possible to run the batch task by OAT.
