Manage Notifications Screen Throwing Error In Retail Home

Goal
When application is selected anything other than Retail Home, screen throws the following error:
"An error has occurred in the server. Please contact your administrator"

An error has occurred in the server. Please contact your administrator
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into Retail Home
Go to settings
Click on Manage Notifications
Select application anything other Retail Home
Notice the error "An error has occurred in the server. Please contact your administrator"
** Note: Also, getting this error for STG1 and PRD1 environments as well
