User Unable to Lock/Unlock Cases After Migrating From IDM to IDCS as Single Sign-on in Argus Safety Cloud Services (Doc ID 3038105.1)

Symptoms

Customer upgraded to Argus Safety 8.4.2 and migrated from IDM to IDCS as Single Sign-On in Oracle Argus Safety Cloud Service. After upgrade, users were not able to lock/unlock the cases in Argus Safety and after successfully authorizing the credentials via IDCS, "Click to Authorize" link turns green and then clicking on OK button pop-up following error :

"Re-authentication Failure. Please try again"
