ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For some opportunities which we deleted from UI ,they can be found in audit table ,in MOO_OPTY_ ,but it can't be found in REST API/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/deletedRecords
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To find them in find them in REST API/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/deletedRecords
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.REST POSTMAN>REST API/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/deletedRecords
2.Not exists the records IDs
