Issue :

Legal Employer Name Under "Legal Employers Operating At This Location" List of Values (LOV) is blank in Redwood Location Page

Steps :

1. My Client Groups -> Quick Action

2. Workforce Structures -> Location

3. On Create or Edit a Location, We notice the Legal Employer List is blank under the region "Legal Employers Operating At This Location".

This is currently happening only in Redwood Pages.
