On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Calculation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Earnings amount and output achieved are reflecting same value with True Up enabled (true-up calculation) for the plan component. Performance Interval is set to Quarter.
The Compensation Plan was extended after the previous quarter had been closed and the next quarter not entered.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to reconcile amounts.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Compensation Manager
Run Calculation
Review earnings for the participant
Example:
Compensation Plan created 1/1/18 thru 3/31/18 <------- ONLY thru MARCH 2018 (Q3)
Plan Component has True Up enabled in Incentive Formula.
Calculate transactions thru 3/31/18
Closed the period (Q3).
Next extend the Compensation Plan and assignments thru 4/30/18 APRIL 2018 (Q4)
Run Deploy Compensation Plan process.
Enter transactions.
Run Calculation
See Earning Amount = Output Achieved which is not expected with true-up calculation.
