ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Redwood convert pending worker flow, In Visa and permits, the field "Place of issue" is not there . Filed not availble in VBS as well.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pending workers
2. Convert a pending worker
3. Check the Visa and Permits section
4. Open VBS
5. Place of issue is not there
