Oracle Fusion Applications Customers who have enabled IDCS FIDO passwordless authentication and using the webview based mobile apps.
e.g. Oracle Fusion Apps
Symptoms
Users receive the below errors when they try to authenticate using the mobile app
Error in IOS - NotAllowedError: The request is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context, possibly because the user denied permission
Error in Android - NotSupportedError: The user agent does not support public key credentials
