Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Links On External Career Site Job Posting Description Not Working After Candidate Accepts Cookie Policy (Doc ID 3038677.1)

Problem Description:

User is posting job requisition on job boards but when candidate accesses the job requisition and oracle career site through those job boards, the links on posting description get broken in following scenarios.
1. If candidate has already accepted cookie policy previously.
2. If candidate accepts cookie policy and then refreshes the page.
 
The link is a dynamic sharepoint url.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open external career site and accept the Cookies policy
2. Apply to a job requisition in external career site
3. Go to Job description in the job requisition details
4. Click on the link

Note that the link is broken and not opening
