Inventory Item Catalog Not Visible After Getting Registered In Parts Catalog Page (Doc ID 3038732.1)

Symptoms

When Registering a Parts Catalog from Service Logistics, it stays with status “Catalog is set up for synchronization. Items will be loaded in the background from a selected source.”

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Configuration > Parts Catalog
2. Click "Register Catalog"
3. Configure the new Catalog and after completing status remains as “Catalog is set up for synchronization. Items will be loaded in the background from a selected source.” and does not change.

Note: The synchronization of a Item Catalog from Service Logistics was introduced in Oracle Field Service 24B. Check "Register Parts Catalog using Fusion Item Catalog or Organization" for additional details.
