No Data Displayed In Collection Dashboard When Running at the Site Level (Doc ID 3038846.1)

Symptoms

After setting up Advanced Collections to run at the Site level, the Collections Dashboard has the following issues:

1. The dashboard is not showing any data in the info tiles (Delinquent Customers) is not showing any data

2. The Reassign Collector button shows no collectors.  when pressing it, it errors with:

An application error occurred.  See the incident log for more information.

 
Prior to the error, the following processes were run and when querying an individual customer, they correctly reflect as delinquent:
Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
Collections Delinquency Management
Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment
Update Collections Summary Data


Steps to Reproduce:

Navigation: Collections

  1. View the Dashboard and try to see customer assigned to each collector.  No date is shown.
